A distant Earth-sized planet is orbiting so near its mum or dad star that gravity is stretching it to an excessive diploma, turning it egg-shaped.
A handful of recognized exoplanets are extraordinarily shut to their mum or dad stars, which exposes them to extremely harsh circumstances. These “ultra-short interval” planets – they take lower than a day to finish one loop round their stars – are blasted with radiation and infrequently have surfaces composed completely of lava.
