The Herzliya Native Planning and Constructing Committee has authorized for deposit a plan promoted by Ackerstein Group (TASE: ACKR) by which Beit Ackerstein will likely be demolished and changed by a mixed-use 30-floor tower with flats, places of work and business house.
Beit Ackerstein is on the northern entrance to the Herzliya Pituah industrial zone between Medinat Hayehudim Avenue and Hameda Avenue adjoining to the Coastal Freeway (Highway 2).
