A 97 sq. meter, three-room, first ground condo on Nadva Yosef Road in Pisgat Zeev East was bought for NIS 2.13 million. A 83 sq. meter, three-room, fifth ground condo on Hapalmach Road in Katamon was bought for NIS 4.04 million.

A 135 sq. meter, five-room home with a 235 sq. meter backyard, on Mishol Kipodag Road within the Mitzpeh Yam neighborhood was bought for NIS 3.4 million.
